However, there are still a few features that users would like to see on the solution. There is a lot of room for improvement in customer support area as it severely lacks the required upkeep.

Great product and a remarkable project manager. However, the support is very slow and can sometimes feel very challenging to deal with, and integration can be a living nightmare.

There is a significant learning curve and setup process with this particular solution, which can be a bit time-consuming depending on your company’s needs. However, the Intact iQ is improving and providing more updates to make it easier for users.
